These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and GuiHub Digital Solutions Incorporated ("we", "us", "our"), operator of the GuiHub Delivery app and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

responsibility. Transact safely; we are not responsible for buyer–seller disputes, though we may provide chat records to assist and may moderate, remove listings, or suspend accounts for policy violations.

if a boost is declined, the amount is refunded to your wallet. Approved paid promotions are otherwise non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in-app.
You agree not to:
the Service, or tamper with the app to gain unauthorized access or advantage.
We may investigate and take action — including content removal, suspension, or termination — for any violation.
You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, photos, reviews, messages). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content solely to operate, provide, and promote the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to it.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks (including "GuiHub Delivery"), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as allowed by these Terms or by law.
The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Google Firebase, maps, payment gateways, advertising). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any item, store, driver, buyer, or seller will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the [3] months before the claim, or (b) [PHP 1,000]. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your transactions, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal reasons, or risk to other users or the platform. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. payments owed, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental, Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights or to filing with the appropriate government agency (e.g. DTI, NPC).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and change the "Last updated" date; material changes may be notified in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
